This question is not occupied with that problem definition which can be solved completely simply, the setting up place. First we should analyze, what the criteria of an issuing place are.

Needs of the bees

Bees can fly far (in one approx.. 2-3 km radius), but a natural suitable source of fodder would be favourable in the proximity (Nektar and polling offer in spring and in the late summer (of ideal way in 1 km radius). As example would be there strewing fruit meadows, fruit plants, small and vorgaerten, hedge realms of brook runs, to call agricultural surfaces (e.g. RWS fields in the spring) or mixed woodlands (edge of forest). To advise against is from locations, which are appropriate in "cooling holes", at which the sun shines rare, wind-rich exposed areas and/or heavy-rainfall locations. Rural areas offer here a balanced relationship.

Their needs as beekeepers

Hereby I mean not only the format of the bee crates (it hives), but also whether they consider used or new hiving to acquire. Surely it is enticing for you as beginners favorable, to assume if not even free hiving. I can advise against to you however, because they refer absolutely illness-free material with new hiving. Finally it is your decision whether it the risk of evtl. Pathogen-preloaded material to be received want.

But one you should consider that if you decided for a subspecies, then use you excluding these, in order to avoid genetic mixtures, which affect all characteristics negatively. For the beginner is however easier handling with the Carnica. After years of the entrance can if necessary still transferred to be dared.

5. Where can I mean materials away of the beekeeping to stow?
Even as beginners of the bee attitude you must argue with this question promptly, so that you will have inadvertently place problems not later. Ideally naturally a summer-house is direct at the setting up place, but this is not the rule. Alternatively you know also their geraetschaften in your cellar or their rise up stow away, as far as it permits its place.
Do not underestimate please the place expenditure, which your beekeeping will take.

6. What is the basic premise when working on the bees?
If you work on the bees are the highest premise, remain calm, no hecticness or unrest to radiate. Their tendency situation is passed to the people, on whom you work straight. To colleasy you could let the people become jerky, aggressive, which you want to avoid surely.
The following elementary things should know you: Shining one, and/or reflecting things (decoration, glass, teeth) tightens bees. Avoidance: No decoration, mouth keep closed. Sweat, Kosmetik, perfume and bad breath let bees become aggressive. Avoidance: Not on bees blow, sweat with a cloth remove, without Kostmetik/Parfuem do. Nervous, hectic movements provokes bees. Avoidance: Remain always calm.
Beside all basic adjustments, rule is NR. 1, smoke. They should your smoke apparatus, which so-called Smoker has always at hand, in order to calm if necessary your bees with smoke.
