Tamarisk Honey
The Tamariske is an undemanding bush-like tree with small pink-white blooms. It prospers to the southwest of the USA on dry salzhaltigen soils e.g. in the Mediterranean area of the Westsahara in central Asia and in north Mexico. The honey is characterised by its fine-harsh flavour and the bernsteinfarbene hue.
