White fir Honey

White fir honey is a particularly rare speciality there the fir in some years not at all "honigt". The strongly aromatic harzigwuerzige taste of this honey rope honey reminds of the strong smell of fresh tannennadeln. It crystallized very slowly and is from more darkly nearly black color with green color glow. The designation "fir honey" may carry honey of the white fir in Germany only. In other European countries against it fir honey comes also from the red fir thus the spruce.
