Fir honey
The fir honey is one the honey ropes Honige.
He is collected by the honey bees primarily ovn white firs
(Abies alba, syn. A. pectinata) and red firs (and/or spruces).
The Honigtautracht usually develops in needle mixed woodlands,
resinous wood and hardwood. Honey are described exactly in chapter Honey
Fir honey is usually particularly
darkly, geschmacklich very spicy and finely harsh. Due to
the small portions grape sugar remains fir honey quite a long while in
the liquid condition.
